I found this wihile on one of my walks, and came into an area where they had to take out a bunch of trees due to a moth that lays it's eggs in the trees and kills them off, so to eradicate the moths they have to sadly eradicate some of the forest as well. It was such a sad place. The pain and sorrow in this small section was very intense, but for good cause I know.

I have gotten all the bark off of her, and will post that when I get a few.

That is beautiful, and very powerful!

We have pine beetles here and they cut the trees in a large circle and let them lay, sad but at least does help control them.

Sundown

That is an interesting piece Novia....I love the 'twist'.....

Novia,

Very kewl!! It IS a very strong piece. But then, it is for a very strong person! Do you know what kind of wood it is? That would help in indentfying the energies of the "family of trees" in which it was harvested. This should be a very powerful journey as you walk with this piece!

Thanks for sharing it with us!

Here she is undressed and showing the hole in the twist.

It is Ponderosa Pine LE. does pack a bit of a punch, lol.

Awesome Novia!!   I love the hole!  Wow.....

Reminds me of a rollerocaster loopdeeloo

Somehow I picture is like handlebars, with one hand on each side.
