Sorry Novia. When you are making a poll, the poll is below the message box.  When it is posted, it is posted above the message box.  So, I'm sure we could make some witty comment, such as, "as above, so below" in terms of the production of polls on this site.

But the point is, I'd just like some input on what to read next.  Realeyez mentioned alchemy or sacred geometry.  We have nothing specifically on sacred geometry, but a lot of alchemy and sacred geometry is inferred in the selections in the poll above. I also wouldn't mind hunting down some mythology if people would be interested in that.

Any book you guys choose is fine by me.  I love to read and to see other people's ideas and thoughts on the subject.  But I would like to be able to download the book.  The wiccan, new age section in our local bookstore is very small.  I would have to wait until I could order it.  If you want non-members to join in the discussion, is it possible to make this one book accessible to everybody?

Hi Marigold,

We can try reading something not in the downloads section.  As "The History of Witchcraft" seems to be the most popular interest, take a look at these as well, and take a browse through this website: http://www.forgottenbooks.org/index.php

The Sorceress (La Sorcière)

The Religion of the Ancient Celts

The witch-cult in Western Europe

I appreciate the vote.  I apologize if my response was a bit abrasive.  I had to explain the concept of alphabetical order to a university student yesterday before I answered you.  I do not think I have the capability any longer to distinguish between a real question and humor.

Hi

I would love to have an indepth discussion about "Women Who Run With the Wolves"....this is a book every woman on the planet needs to read and it is incredible.....a look at the oral tradition stories passed down through the generations and how it relates to the feminine psyche, there were a few places that were so eye-opening to understanding the woman within.  A book on self discovery.

.Sacred Geometry...Have you read any of the Flower of Life books?  By Drunvalo Melchelziedick.. sp?  ANd then there is this....will I get to participate in the discussions since my membership runs out at the end of this month...??  Sorry, I probably should have researched that myself...

Though they go mad they shall be sane,
Though they sink through the sea
they shall rise again;
Though lovers be lost love shall not;
And death shall have no dominion.

Wow have we all become such internet addicts that we don't read books anymore? Maybe we should read our books online? Laughing
Two years is a long time to go without any new ideas for reading...What about it? Is anyone interested in choosing one from our current downloads to read?

Eek, has it been so long?  Time flys so fast.
We can still read the 'True History of Witchcraft' if people would like.
Just an afterthought:  It seems to me that a lot of people have been interested in shamanism.
