I still find it ironic he jump when his beloved Texas is hit, but drags his feet when it's not. (I'm happy for those wholive in Texas don't get me wrong, it just goes to show his biasness!  

Yeah, did you notice, that, right away, he was making a national statement about Texas! (Yesterday morning)...and the storm wasn't completely over yet!

Bush did the same for Louisiana during Katrina and Rita. Our dear governor Blanco at the time just cried and wrung her hands, when all she had to do was put a list in his hands of what we needed. I personally know a man that was standing beside them when Bush asked and she told him she would have to "get back to him".
Billions have been funneled into Louisiana since, state and local fraud and graft has kept much of this money from getting into the people that needed it.
For Gustav and Ike we have had tons of federal resources sent in, again the screwed up state government dropped the ball again. I got lots of stories of that, of requested resources not sent or denied on a state level. Or of stupid over resource needs, them f****s don't listen.

Also remember this, as the changes continue to happen, it is the assholes that force the changes to come....we desparately need change.  In his assholeness, he is causing people to come together and to question the allmighty gov.....this is a good thing.  I can absolutely understand the anger...I have ranted at Bush myself...
