Ugh! I need...courage! My friend in Egypt is moving to Houston. She knew me as a good Muslim and does not know about my "turn of events" toward paganism. She is going to be coming to stay in my home (1 bdr apt.) for a few days until she (and her husband) get settled. We've pretty much already got her a job, so it won't be a long time. I could hide all my stuff, but I don't really want to. (because then my living room would be bare, and I'd STILL have to explain myself.) Mr. K thinks its a good thing, (Muslim friends and influence and all--he still thinks after two years that this is a phase for me
). I'm glad she's coming because she is a good friend and we have some good memories, but I'm afraid of the consequences of letting her know. I have to tell her, there's no getting around it, no matter what the outcome. I just need to muster up some of that good old fashioned moxie.
