Good day! I just paid for my subscription today, and so I thought I'd download some things. The invocation virtual temple, I've downloaded twice and it still hasn't popped up and I can't find it on my computer.. Also I have a question on the downloadable BOS? Is there anyway, to change that grey screen into a different color? It's really neat though so far.

As soon as you type in the security code for a d/l, it then brings up a windows prompt to open, save, or cancel.  Pick save, and then pick a place on your computer to save it.

As for the downloadable bos, I didn't know we had such a thing, so I'm not sure what you are talking about.

I have no idea where it might be on your computer, unless you have a "downloads" file...I don't know what kind of system you have set up, or even if you use a PC, Mac, laptop....

And I am sorry but you can't change the color of the BOS....it is what it is...

Maryn, you can do a spell without actually doing a full out ritual, and you can do a ritual without a spell. �For instance, if you are doing a ritual for dedication, for example, you might not necessarily wish to cast a spell for any reason. �On the other hand, if you want to do a spell (perhaps a simple money spell, for example) you may wish to make it simple and cast a circle without calling in all the "extras" and making it a full ritual.
In the case of the two places in the BOS, use the spell section to keep your simple spells which can be as simple as a few spoken magickal words or as complicated as a combination of herbs, stones, appropriate moon phases, and such (like a recipe).
In the ritual section, write out the "script" for your sabbats/esbats, and other such "celebratory" things (i.e. handfasting, wiccaning, etc.)
This is what I do, it is not necessarily the "right" way.  It is only a suggestion.
As for color, I use the free version of the "mindola super notecard" application (which is meant for writers, but which seperates everything literally into notecards that I use to seperate, sort, alphabetize and such.  It even has a search mode and all kinds of neato stuff.  Very useful!  You can even change colors for the pages and sort each category and notecard with its own color.

You would want to pick save, and then pick a place on your computer to save the files to, and then run them from your pc.  As both d/l's in question are from the software category, and are something you need to install, there is no way to change the way they look, unless there are settings in each program to do so...
