Yup Good Times Really... :roll:

So just this past Fri I woke up with nothing odd that i could remember. I go to get out of bed and I'm super dizzy. I thought it was just because I wasn't really awake, well you know stumble to the bathroom kind of awake. Anyway I just really felt sick even after I was really up and about. My right side felt off, like it was about a foot out. So I have to go to work and when I get there I tell my boss who's gifted in quite a few ways. She can see spirits for one and can leave her body at will. So good just who I want to see at that moment. I tell her I feel off, she helps me a bit by doing some energy work but it only helped for a little while we still have to help ppl at work. So later I'm standing off to the side looking through a crystal book so see what might be best to help me when I feel something walk past I look up and no body is there I ask my boss if there is anybody around me and she said no, that's when I sunk to the ground to dizzy to stand. That's when she get's a good look at who was right behind me and she comes over to my side and holds my head and says that a man about my height with bright green cat like almond shaped eyes, a longish thin face and reddish short messy hair wearing a black hoodie and a smirk on his face was there. I'm like WTF! I know nobody who looks like that dead or alive. She also said she cant see his lower body it was just smokey/blurred. So she helps the dizziness go away and we put up my bubble of light and he goes on about his way. She said he liked my dark side. I said he can piss off, and she then hands me a glass of wine which helped quite a bit. I was still off for the rest of the day but it was better after I went to bed and got up the next day. I really must learn not to be slammed back into my body and bring dark things home with me. I saged myself down. Eww

rule of thumb, if things don't feel right, then they ain't right. Even as a prcaution always assume, once physical reasons are ruled out of course, that your odd feeling is someone/thing elses fault, and put a light shield. Firmly stomp your little foot and tell them you ain't buyin' what they're sellin' and to be on their merry little way.

i bet this guy hangs around your conscious thoughts now - does that give him more of what he came for in the first place? i'm totally unversed in the embodiment of other-realm spirits, Novia help me out with this.

They are basically energy/beings, operating/existing on a different plane/energy frequency than we do.

And not all nice and friendly. Not all bad but be very careful. I may journey again one day, but haven't in years and really may never again.

Oh no doubt about that one Sundown. I've had my fairshare of encounters, and a few that wuold turn some peoples hair grey.

yeah, you have to be on the watch out for nasties like that.  When I was 16 My mom divorced my asshole father but almost immediately replaced him with #2.  That one was even worse and drew a lot of nasties to the house.  It became standard practice for me to throw up a shield and specifically state that only my guides and angels were permitted in before I went to sleep.  Some nights it was the only way you could sleep because you could feel them lurking around.

It was a 200 year old house and haunted to begin with but I never had any problems with the ghost.  He turned my stereo off the first night we slept there but I asked him not to and he left it alone from then on.  Maybe he thought I forgot to turn it off before bed?  His main trick was to turn the water on in the bathroom and open the bathroom window and my bedroom was directly above the bathroom.  Sometimes I could almost feel him in the bathroom but usually not the rest of the house.

lol I can see why. I don't try and leave my body, not something I really would like to do at this time, sometimes it can just happen to me. I'm very good about keeping any unwanted things away, my home is well guarded and all. I was prob try'n to check up on a friend I hadn't heard form and wanted to see really bad, so I must have floated out and that thing caught sight of me and came back, but I haven't had a prob since then.

haha Welcome. Oh yeah so great. lol I'm pretty good about keeping them away. I go years without a prob most of the time. I even help others get rid of dark things. Good learning experience tho. Don't think I've ran into something like that guy/thing before.
