You need:
-A piece of textile, cloth, material, whatever you can find to make the pillow.
-1 tablespoon humulus lupulus (hop)
-1 tablespoon artemisia vulgaris (mugwort)
-1 teaspoon (each) lavender, chamomile and verbena (vervain)
-Rice (dry) or cotton, if you wish to make a nice soft pillow. The bigger the pillow, the more you will need.
-Essential oil: Lavender 5 drops and 5 drops atlas cedar.
- Symbols: the ogham signs Ur, Eadha and Efin.

Write the symbols on the outside of the piece, add the ingredients and stitch the material. You can charge the pillow with every full moon.
I made this 2 years ago and still it smells really good.  Very Happy

Thanks Dryalantha,
I have all the ingredients except for the essential oils so I think I'll make it anyway.

I have a question about your language, if you don't mind?  My mother (when she was alive) said her language was Dutch German.  Is that supposed to be a combination of the 2 languages?  What few words I recognized, they seem to be german.  (ja, danka, verboten is all I can think of at the moment).  But I heard from other older family members that the language is Old German.  Does that exist??  By the way, my mother's family is mennonite.

Dutch and German are 2 different languages but if you listen very good, they have a lot in common.. those are neigbouring countries, that's why (Belgium and Germany, not The Netherlands - where they speak Dutch also).  Smile
Here in Belgium we speak Dutch and French (hah, ok I can't speak French but whatever  Laughing ) but there is also a small part which speaks German, at some Belgian places near by Germany.. so I guess that's a mix between German and Dutch, with just that little more German that is.  Smile
Dutch-German or Old German, I think those are dialects, like we have our Dutch dialect ''Flemish''...and though I can understand German sometimes, just because it's a neigbouring country, I can't speak or write it.  Very Happy
But the official languages here are Dutch, French and a little (not dialect) German.  Wink
