I've found a really great series of shows called Herb TV. They last about 30 minutes, and they cover a really broad range of topics.

Thanks Stacey, its really interesting. My mother's family used to eat dandelions as they first appeared because she said they weren't as bitter then. And there's so many other plants we can eat, some I know about and a lot more that I don't know about. Nice to have that knowledge.
