I know this sounds whacked but it works.....get a potato and cut thru it slowly with your "rusty"...spotted knife....when you are finished you will find the knife is no longer stained....(throw the potato away, it is cheaper than replacing your knives)

Wow, Lol. I have to get my mom to try this. I live with my sister right now, and we don't have any rusty knives right now.
