more shadows than normal wandering around?

Ok, going out on a limb here as this is an area I don't usually devle into alot these days, but I just needed to ask.

Seems over the past week, or so, I have noticed at night, which is why I don't go out after dark BTW, more shadow Be-ings, both two legged and four, moving about. These aren't exactly the 'nice' type either. They seem to have an 'ick factor' to them. have seen a couple hounds, one racing across my yard. Even my dog has been barking/growling more at night, and she's not a barker, unless it is a rattley truck/trailer. last night I had to work late, and went to grab a bite to bring home, and where i went, had me stopped at a stop light facing into one of our larger cemetaries. Good gracious sakes alive!!!! It flabbergasted me to see the number of shadows moving about! It's the 'dusk/dawn' time when they are most obvious, but even during the day I can sense alot of things moving about, taking care to be cautious.  Even within my house I've had issues, and have taken care to seal the place up to prevent further intruders, and have directed those within to the door!

I also know that my dreamtime has been being spent getting less actual 'sleep' and doing more night work.    Last night I seemed to have been put on 'door duty'. A huge ass wooden door that seemed to have gottten stuck 'open', and I was to make sure that nothing went in, or better yet, out. I know one thing, I woke up this morning feeling like I'd had the crap beat out of me!!!

So, anyone else had issues?

Novia, there are times when I wish I had your abilities to see beyond our realm. This isn't one of them. What you're describing almost reminds me of the movie "Constantine". Very unnerving. Do you have any ideas of why you may be seeing these shadows? More importantly, how can anyone shield their homes from these shadow beings? Is this a local or a global problem? Just wondering my dear. Hope all is well with you.

Sorry Novia, I have dreams and visions, nothing like you're experiencing.  Though, I would like it if you kept us informed as to what is happening with these shadow figures.  It does sound ominous.

I have been having a similar experience, and I am not psychic, and I usually am not aware of things invisible.  The other night, I saw the creepiest thing looking in the window of my front door, and I keep catching glimpses of dark things moving about.   I am wondering if this might have something to do with the Haiti situation, so many spirits set loose at the same time.  Although I am sensing a malevolence about the shadows, and I wouldn't expect that from accidental deaths.  All I know is that I feel nervous in the darkness now,  and I am sleeping with the light on.  Don't see the shadows quite as much that way.

All I can offer is a hug and someplace to link to if you need it. I'll be sure to keep an eye out around here at night and keep you posted.

We travelled south to Florida last weekend and the farther south I got it seemed the more "movement" there was Novia. I would agree that it does seem to be angry and destructive in its energy source. I spent most of this week nursing a migraine....

If there are any shadow beings around here they're under 2 feet of snow! This so sucks! I'm ready for spring to get here! Guess its a good thng I bought a snow blower this year   .

same here Draco, we had a ripper of a storm last night that just buried us in white stuff....I am hoping for a warmer climate before winter rolls around again.

Well, Dearest Novia, three of us have noticed at least one of these shadow beings just out of the corners of our eyes.  Mostly, what you've mentioned is just felt as a heavy sense of negativity by we dwelling here in Betwixt & Between.  We've begun our cleaning and cleansing.  There is so much going on in our world and I think we all need to be alert and aware, keeping the negativity... beings and feelings... away, replaced with determination and positivity as much as possible.

Only other thing I can say is that I do hope you are able to get some rest at night!!!

Novia, read the astorlogy for this week Feb 8th...Mark speaks about the shadow part of US....quite illuminating....I actually know Mark, have been in his store many, many times when I lived in Denver (The physical store is now closed), had him read for me, and I can tell you from my heart, that this man is a gifted, Soul.

A very illuminating read, but not the right kinda shodow I'm talkin' about. I know all my shodows. given most of them names, and we have agreed to dis-agree on most things, but we do co-exist without major conflict.  

Nope, these are the actual boogie shadows.  

I can't get over the feeling that it has something to do with Haiti.  I don't know much about Haitian culture, but I think it is a place where magick is used a lot.  I wonder if these shadows could be thought forms, or some  other type of created entities who are finding themselves without direction because their human masters have died.  The only one I saw clearly was the stuff of nightmares, and not my own nightmares, either.  It seemed more curious about me than threatening, but I think that's because it knew that I wasn't what it was looking for.    It also seems to me that I am seeing fewer shadows this past two days, although I am still seeing them.

It's odd that someone should mention this topic.  For the last several weeks, I have been seeing distinct shadowy things at night and after the sun goes down.  The odd thing is that they don't seem to have a definite place in the landscape; they just seem to be interjected into or superimposed over the scenery.  Sometimes I almost can make out shapes; usually I only see moving blobs.  I only see these at night, which probably rules out a brain tumor or serious mental illness.  Although I usually see them when I'm alone, sometimes I notice them in the presence of others.  (No, I don't say anything; I probably scare my coworkers enough as it is.) I've been seeing these for many years, but only recently have they become so numerous.  They don't seem threatening; I just accept them as part of the night.  Lately I've been trying to capture them on film.  I'm a pretty good amateur photographer, and twilight and night are my favorite times to be out.  If I have any luck, I will share the results.
