I did have one, but someone hacked into it, and then sent some really weird stuff, so mine got deleted, but once I sort everything out, I will post it.

I love myspace. It's a great place to keep in touch with people. I keep mine set on private, so that I can control who see's it.

I do have some "friends" on there that I don't actually know in real life. But, have had no trouble. If I ever do get stuff I don't want from a friend then I can just delete them simple as that. I wish real life was that simple!!! LOL

You could just simply say to those people that annoy you - I delete you!! ha ha ha

I will post my myspace URL later. I am at work now and the company has blocked myspace so I can't get on there right now to get it.

I also like the fact that I can delete whomever it is that I choose to, as Lady Jade mentioned above. I have already had to use the feature as I have mine set to public at this time. Seems to be a spam generator at the moment. But, a friend talked me into it.

I have a question for all you myspace users though. When you say that you keep in touch with others and such..are you doing that on your comments section? Or somewhere else?
I never know if I am supposed to respond to people in the comments or not. I feel rude not saying something, but then I don't know if that is what people do or not.
(Told ya, total newbie there. I was happy when I finally figured out the background..what a pain that was).

Thank you for the information. I did go in and make it so comments have to be approved. I think that will make a lot of difference.
I deleted two comments from the comment section, it seems one of the people that I added has a huge habit of spamming everyone. So I deleted her comments and her from my list. I realize my little profile may not be that busy, but I don't have time to waste finding out how I can make money with various surveys and crap. lol

I've just been horrified. I just received a friend request from someone on MySpace, and when I went to check out his profile it was filled with pictures of underage girls (like 13 year olds) in their underwear in shocking poses. I don't know how to do it yet, but I will be reporting that site to the MySpace admin. I'm sorry, but I'm going to edit my previous post with my myspace profile. If anyone wants to be my friend, you can message me here on this site. The world makes me so sad and horrifies me sometimes.

That is indeed sick larc. I'm sorry that you came across that, but on the other hand it is a good thing it did. Because you are someone that will report it rather than either a) ignore it or b) join in.

At the bottom of the page on their profile there is an option for reporting abuse. I would click there and report it as well as taking the link for their site and send it straight to Tom. That way it gets taken care of and no one can say they didn't know about it.
Hopefully someone from myspace will report it to the police in that person's area. (Not sure how they deal with things like that, but surely they work to get these people off the streets and protect their victims and future victims).
