Well, I figured I would say this. I got a tattoo tonight from an Apprentice Tattoo Artist. I went to her house and she did a marvelous job with it. If I had my camera I would link a pic. Anyway, what are you feelings on home tattoos? I know everything she used was sterile and what not, but would agree with the techniques?

"The Spirits have all but fled judgement
I rot, alone, insane,
Where the forest whispers puce laments for me
From amidst the pine and wreathed wolfsbane
Beyond these walls, wherein condemned
To the gloom of an austere tomb
I pace with feral madness sent
Through the pale beams of a guiltless moon
Who, bereft of necrologies, thus
Commands creation over the earth
Whilst I resign my lips to death
A slow cold kiss that chides rebirth
Though one last wish is bequathed by fate
My beauty shalt wilt, unseen
Save for twin black eyes that shalt come to take
My soul to peace or Hell for company"

Well, I guess as long as she didn't break out the sewing needles taped to a stick and a jar of india ink, don't think it should matter! LOL

Bet it look wonderful.

Been having one pecking away at me for about a month now. (the idea not the neeedle, lol.) The other day my oldest brought out a temparary one that was kinda like it. A heart with short flames comeing out the top, with a keyhole and a small key, with a 3 on the head of it, turnt slightly. Funny thing is, I'm one of these kinda folks who you would never in a trillion gazillion years think would even consider getting one. Might broach the subject with hubby for my BD in June. (Then he'll just chalk it up to midlife crisis, roflmao!)

As long as all was sterile and you enjoyed the experience is all that matters.

I have one on my lower back, I felt so empowered after having it done because it was a rather personal thing. I have been trying to save for another, sometimes when you get one you want more.

My uncle used to do them all the time but those are just the home jobs. Not with tattoo ink etc.
I guess if the person is using stl equipment and is in a very clean environment it would be fine..
I would love to see it!

I got mine on my 30th birthday it is one I drew and it had taken me a bit to get it just right, it takes up half my back. I was not completely happy with some of it but paid out the ass and sat hunched over my legs for some good hours so I was not going to complain.
