Beyond the 12 steps by Lynn Grabhorn

Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier

I'm in the middle of Stephen King's Dark Tower series.

I'm also reading the Scarlet Letter (good book so far), the Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin (very boring book in my opinion), and the King James Bible for an English teacher obsessed with summer homework and instilling her own values in everyone else. Really, the homework's not too bad.

This thread.. someone had to say it!

Just finished "Life with Bluebell" by Pauline Kidner, and going on to read the whole Harry Potter series again before the new one comes out! Have to read Scarlet Letter again after that for university, I did it in grammar school so I'm happy to have the knowledge of previous study! It's a great book, full of symbolism and metaphysical ideas. Highly recommended!

I'm reading Nine Short Novels. It's a collection of nine short novels. So far I have read The Red badge of Courage and The Crazy Hunter. Right now I'm on my favorite, Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness. I should finish it by morning and at least get a good start on Mark Twain's The Mysterious Stranger. It's just a 1950's-vintage college textbook that I got at a book sale for fifty cents, but the literary works therein are priceless.

Blessings.

At the minute I'm just finishing 'Rites & Symbols of Initiation' - Mircea Eliade, before starting 'The Meaning of Witchcraft' - Gerald Gardner, I also have two Terry Pratchetts sitting on my desk that my son bought for me at the school fair!

The only thing is I only get to read when my little one sleeps!

backed up by... Forever Odd, by Dean Koontz
and daughter and I are working in Scott Cunningham's
Living Wiccan.

I just finished up rereading Laurell K. Hamilton's Gentry series. There are tons of books I want to buy that just came out, but I have to wait for a full paycheck to indulge. I am attempting to begin Wilbur Smith's (I think) River God, but I think I may give up. I suppose I'll go back and read the last Harry Potter before the new one comes out.

The Scarlet Letter was a very good book.

I love Dean Koontz so I've read most everything he's ever come out with. The Odd books are awesome.

If you guys like to laugh with a good book then you should try A dirty Job by Christopher Moore. It's about a regular guy who becomes Death's helper. It's so goood. It's in paper back now as well.

Am re-reading Intimations of Immortality series by Piers Anthony, beginning with On a Pale Horse. Also trying to keep up with my e-mails and awaiting the next Sherilyn Kenyon Dark Hunter installment.
