Male Energy

Where are our men? We love them, need them, and the planet needs their male energy to support our continued rise in vibration. For years as I walk into courses, workshops, classes, and events the first thing I do is size up the presence of our males in the crowd. Through the years the numbers have risen but it is still far from the balance we need. What is it female energy can do to open the space males need to walk into? What is it our male energy needs to do to contribute to our continued rise in vibration?

A teacher of mine, Jon Marc Hammer, provided the most concise terms I have heard to date. He shared that during his work over the last 30 years he has come to realize that the female energy tends to take on, carry, and process (hopefully) much of the pain on the planet. He is coming to realize that now his work is to show male energy how to be a part of that experience so the pain of the planet, humankind, and individuals can be processed and moved out in a better way. Simply put, male energy needs to learn how show up and be present. By holding the presence of male energy we can contribute a depth of Consciousness Light needed for all of us to release denser energy and to move upward. That is the greatest contribution and gift to us all--to just be present.

Let's put that into an everyday example. What usually happens is the female energy experiences emotions (many of them painful) that are all over the chart during a given day and is not doing a great job of managing that ride. The male
energy tries to fix it or withdraws under attack. It's not working.

First, female energy needs to be present enough to approach our individual pain, the pain of those we love, the pain of human kind, and the pain of the planet with awareness. In our awareness, we can participate in the experience of emotions in a way that moves the denser energy, showing up as pain, off the planet and into Light. What we predominantly do now is stuff it deeper within ourselves or throw it at others like a splat of green slime similar to the game on Nickelodeon.

This is where our male energy and our families have come in very handy. Eventually, our awareness will support us in leaning how to participate in the movement of denser energy off the planet without needing to process it through our cellular bodies and emotions. Many are already doing this. In the meantime, male energy has learned, through socialization and driven by ego, to believe their job is to fix �it�. I imagine that many have realized this is impossible and work to live as sanely as possible within the confines of an insane dynamic.

But imagine a different scenario.....
The female energy is processing denser energies showing up as emotions, pain, etc., and needs to verbalize it and flail about. The male energy sees what is happening and grounds self to be present while the female energy begins to move the denser energy off the planet. Male energy stays present, holding Light, during the experience. The female energy knows it has been heard, held in higher Light, and is not alone in this huge work. The female energy does not throw energy but processes it off the planet and into Light. The male energy offers hugs, offers a willingness and availability if needed to do something specific, and stays put. If the scene gets to the point where one or the other needs a break then a new meeting time is offered. At the very least, before the door slams, state a specific time to resume the processing.

So here we are, female energy processing a significant amount of the planets densest energy (often by stuffing it or throwing it); The male energy trying to fix it or duck out of the way; the female energy feeling alone, overwhelmed, and unsuccessful at transmuting the dense energy. Now a new way. Female energy begins to process a dense pocket of energy with awareness; The male energy grounds self and stays present thereby joining the processing; The female energy is relieved to have the help and releases the dense energy into Light with the contribution and supportive presence of male energy. Since men and women hold male and female energy this process is interchangeable between two people.

Female energy must learn to be more aware of self, what is happening within, and unlearn old coping patterns. We must stop attacking, blaming, resenting the list is long, so that male energy can show up and be present for the processing. Male energy doesn't need to fix "it" or hide, just show up, ground, and hold the presence of Consciousness Love and Light. Blessed this planet will be when together, male and female, we work as a team to move out the denser energies (i.e. pain, fear) surrendering them to Light and together ride the wave of higher vibration into energetic transformation.

The one special thing about Male energy is that "us Males" get our energy from Females....... At least most of it....

Our energy is at it's finest when we have the energy of a women to back it up.... Or even lead the way in some cases.... .

But I do believe it can go hand and hand.. .Females energy is at it's finest when the Energy of a man is with.....


Now I'm not just saying that man and women is the correct way and have to be together....Not by a long shot....

Just speaking from my own personal experience with the opposite sex..lol...

LOLOLOLOL... Well.. a few... just none as enjoyable....

Okay folks, I am struggling a bit.  I am now in a small circle with 3 other women in Dianic practice.  However, my sisters desire  to have men able to participate for sabbats.  Okay fine.

The other however, is that they would like to have  the sabbat by the water--I live on the shores of tidal water (low tide at sunset)  So I get to be Priestess for this event.  Oh yippee.  

I have, prior to connecting with this wonderful circle of women, been a solitary, Dianic witch--no men needed to provide me with meaningful circle.  

So here comes the rub.  I can not find a Beltane ritual I like.  The ones I find are loaded with watchtower (too golden age for my taste) and/or too laden with thee and thou.  

Is there a genuine, earthbased, fairy dusted, celebrating, joyful Beltane ritual to be had?

I loved to prepare rituals...if you are not happy with involving males in your rituals, and the other lasdies are, perhaps you should all sit down and discuss this at length. I have known quite a few Dianic Witches and I do understand where you are coming from. I would just take a deep breath and see if this can be worked out to everyones benefit.

Diane Stein is always a good reference when working with energies in the Dianic tradition. She has quite a few online...

Remember the best rituals are always ones you write yourself. Use one that you can work with and re-write it to suit your needs....
