Good Morning All,

Welcome back Pagan-Mystress, it is very good to see you wandering the halls once again! Yes agyer the upgrade alot of folks are having a much easier time entering our domain, and we unlocked alot of ISP's as well....so there may be the occasional "spam" but as it as it rears its ugly head, we'll catch em.

Kath you have every rite to be proud of your children, they can be such blessings (and curses)...lol...I don't think I could ever cheer, clap or yell loud enough when one of my own did something amazing....but them again, I never have been one to be soft-spoken....I read in another read thread where you are having fruit bats in you mango tree.....how very, very odd to me....I looked thme up and they can be quite large....and considering they are nocturnal I bet it is very loud and stinky as well! You have such a different and diverse set of wildlife down there.....I guess you think the same of us! LOL...keep us up to date, and I would love to know more about eh creatures that dwell in your domain....I find that sort of thing fascinating!

My Dear Novia, Reiki eh? Sounds perfect.....I always have the proper books land in my lap at the right time as well...and as you know I am a book whore... Crying or Very sad  O love them and can never have too many....I am now on aquest to collect "The Element Encyclopedias," there are about 6-7 of them, and I have received 5 so far.....full of fabulous information and I have also contacted the publisher and authors to see if I can share their knowledge here with all of ya'll as well as possibly carry them to sell.

I need to walk more....I amjust so dang stiff and sore inthe morning, and the only way I get outside is by Luna the dawg dragging me out for our walks....the mornings are finally tolerable here, with the main heat of the day later. The humidity is still very high, and sometimes the fog makes everything so beautiful I must get out there. Did you look up Deer Novia? I think it makes perfect sense to see one at this time....I am seeing loads of toads, and last night a slug about 8 inches long....I need to look him up this morning and see what knowledge he brought me last evening...

It's so good to come here each morning and find all the love and caring that our castle has to offer....this place is simply, utterly, amazing.

Have a great day, I am working on incense today, placing some new items in our store, and working on the recipe section.....stay tuned......new stuff is in the works on many levels here....(when is it not)

Blessings Bright and Dark,

Evening all.

Well thats another day almost at a close, and I have to say over all it has been a good day.
I was feeling quite stressed out last night, so I told my other half that I needed a heart to heart as there are lots of things that are 'up in the air' at the moment concerning his ex and the children, as well as mine. I have worries over my parents and my fathers health, and the fact that my other half was due an operation in December which was cancelled by the hospital with no new date in view.
After opening my heart last night and stating where I needed help, things today seem a little brighter. OH & me seemed closer this morning, less tension in the air.
A letter arrived today with a new operation date - the day after tomorrow! So after driving 300 miles down to work today, he has to come back tomorrow - all for a good cause though! So I will have him at home recouperatng for the next six weeks - another challenge as we have never managed to be together for more than 10 days at a time! lol But I'm looking forward to having him home never the less.
So, heres hoping that good things continue to happen!

Kath - it seems that me 'putting my foot down' with the visiting 'energy' the other night worked, as things have been quiet in Xanders room, the house is still full of energy, but it is welcome, loving energy. One of the first things that I did when I moved into this house was to bless and seal it, plus I was given a protection charm/spell from a friend, which still has pride of place in my living room window. I also cleans the house and myself occasionally when the energies start to feel 'off'. So, I seem to know when an outside energy comes in lol. Glad the presentation night went well!

Novia - I think I have gone in the opposite direction to you, I seem to be online more often than I was before. I've become hooked on 'facebook' and spending time tring to organise my ebay shop. I can't remember the last time I just went for a walk, which is terrible as I have a country park just accross the road! I really must make the effort and get out there - will have to buy the little one some wellington boots to go tramping through the park!

It's good to be back amongst friends!

I love going for walks Novia, did that on the weekend with my other half.  Although it was a little too soon in the afternoon and still a bit too hot.  Not a great deal of wildlife getting around in the the neighbourhood at that time.  But did manage a sticky nose at the new houses being built up the road.  I love my reiki Novia, changed my life for the better.

Lady E you hit the nail on the head with the flying foxes.  Noisey and smelly, they take one or two bites of the fruit and drop them to the ground.  Only good for the rubbish then as some of the bats have the Ulisseas (no the way to spell it) virus, very serious for humans.  But we do have some beautiful parots coming to the front tree that is in flower every afternoon.  Varied Lorrikeets, pretty little green and red birds that live on the necter.  We do have some interesting animals.  So do you guys though, I love seeing Sundowns visitors.

Very proud of the kids.  But somedays they are a bit of a handful and give me grey hairs as well.  Love them very much, but sometimes don't like the things they do.

Well my day is only just starting.  So off for a look see at everything, than into the car.

Hello all,

I'm just having a quick wander through the halls whilst I await a phone call from the hospital, my beloved is under the knife as we speak (may the Goddess watch over him and keep him safe!) I have had to return home as I was unable to wait there until he was out of surgery 'They don't have the room for relatives to hang around!'

The house in unnaturally quiet, as I have packed my little one off to his grandmas for the day and night, and possibly tomorrow too, it all depends on if I can bring Scott home from hospital tonight or not.

So I have some incence smouldering whilst I potter about fillin the time and trying not to worry.

And yes, I actually bought xander some welly boots - so muddy park here we come!

Hope all is well in your world.

My prayers are with you and your man Scott  Pagan-Mystress.  I certainly hope all goes well with his surgery and recovery is the same.

I am in the midst of cleaning the house so I can give it a good old smoke out, ring some of my fav bells and lift the energy in the house.  With teenagers here and the moodiness from time to time it can use a good old clean.

So hope you all have a good day or have had.  Off for a look see around and then back to the house.

Well, good morning from Tokyo!
I'm here with my coffee, about to get off the 'puter and get my son off to school and my daughter off to childcare.
It's sunny, shirt-sleeve weather (21 Celcius, I think that's about 70 Farenheit? Sorry been in Japan too long, I forget) Lovely, but not at all typical for mid-November. It's definitely global warming, which underlays the bright sunny day with sadness for me.

But...I am having lunch with a dear friend today and tomorrow is my Stitch and Bitch group.
All in all I have to call it a pretty good week!

I know what you mean Novia.  I have a boy and girl both teenagers, and I know why I dye my hair.  Love them dearly, but the moods etc I can do without.  As for the house, all clean and the energy wonderful.  Will light up all the candles tonite and some incense to enjoy the feeling.  When I say the candles, we use no lights when I light them all.  There is over thirty through the house.  That and some nice chakra music tonight for my man and I, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.  He has been working some very long hours, so that will be a nice way to relax.

Our weather is a bit odd.  We had a large storm yesterday, so today was very humid with the heat.

Besides this after all  of my cleaning today I sat down for a while with a book on "Budda - His life and teachings"  Inspiring.  When I finish this one I have one "Life Medicine Tao for the Shiatsu 21st Century" as the massage course I am studying has a module of Shiatsu in it and this one caught my eye at the library.

Well I will be off for the evening, dinner to make a start on.  The little ones need showering and homework of the older ones need looking at.

Until tomorrow, sweet dreams, stay safe.  Cuddle up to the ones you love and breath.

Well the weekend is upon me again.  A busy on this time round.  The boys have their presentation for football, oldest girl has a goodbye party for a friend, oldest boy has work Saturday and Sunday as well.

I am very pleased with myself, just got back my 6th assignment for the course I am doing and have passed with great marks again.  I am now half way through.

Got the good news that the oldest boys braces will be off by the end of Jan, and oly a few months to go for my daughters.  That has been one expensive trip, two with them at the same time.  But I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Well off to wander for a while.  Be safe everyone.

Greetings all,

I too have been through the house like a whirlwing today, cleaning etc. I would love to follow it through with a good smoking out but Scott would 'not approve' lol, he is still coming to terms with my belief system and the way I like to do things, and after 5 years he now has a liking for incense and candles and will isten to me when I try amnd explain which energies a visiting us!

I know all about teenage daughters! I will be having 'strong' words with her when she comes home from school, considering I only dug her room out last week, once again today it was like a midden - thoroughly disgusting!

Scott's operation went well, they kept him in the hospital longer than was expected, but he is now home, and recovering nicely, its a bit difficult trying to keep the little one from climbing on him, but he seems to have got the message that daddys tummy is hurt and he must not touch, neither can he ask daddy to pick him up.

Anyway, Kath another presentation? What shining stars you have!

Hikaru - a stitch and bitch group? what a fantastic name lol, what are you working on - stitching wise!

Well, off to see to the last load of laundry. No rest for the wicked lol.

Good morning from Tokyo.
Having my coffee.

I just wanted to say...thanks for being out there, folks! Just sort of being on these boards and chatting about our daily lives has helped me to feel spiritual again after quite a long hiatus.

Stitch and Bitch is indeed a cool name, thank you Pagan Mystress. I didn't invent it though. There is actually a series of Stitch and Bitch books, by Debbie Stoller, who edits a really great magazine called Bust. (Subscribe everyone!! It rocks!!)
There are Stitch and Bitch groups all over the world.

I'm making several of my holiday gifts this year. A couple of scarves, a lace bookmark, and for my Mom a black handbag which will have a bat on it! (She loves bats)

Have a great day everyone! My husband is doing a lot of weird, incomprehensible things to the computer this weekend, I sure hope he'll leave me able to access my email and Internet when he goes off to work on Monday Sad

Glad to hear Scott is well Pagan-Mystress.  All things in good time with the smudging etc with him.

As for shinning stars, they are.  But they are no angels either, my oldest two keep me on my toes with the things they can get up to.  The oldest boy has only just returned to school after being suspended for pranking a teacher.  Boys, it is hard sometimes.  I am proud of their achievements and stand beside them no matter what silly things they do.  But with that we also make them accountable for their actions, and I support them just so long as they are honest in their actions, so no even though a stupid thing he did do he was honest to stand up and say yes it was me.  He was the only one of four that owned the actions and did apologise to the teacher.  But proud of them I am.  The two boys got two trophies each, most improved for the year and a seasonal trophey.

Well just thought I had a few minutes spare and would pop in for a look round.  Must dash off to make a start on dinner.

Will have a better stay tomorrow.

Still alive and kickin in kc. Nothing new and or exciting to report on.

Still can't seem to focus on much of anything, except not being able to focus, which I am sure is nine tenths of my problem, focusing on the problem is the problem, which in turns leads to more of the same problem, the problem of not being able to focus. Confused yet? join my nightmare.

I feel like I am on a merry go round and it's not very merry, just go-aroundy. (Would someone please pull the plug as I would most definitely like to get off this fucker!)

I look around, I have a million things to do, and what do I do, sit and wonder what to do!

I don't spend too much time online cause I can't seem to be able to read all the way thru much of anything before I am flitting off to something else. this is actually the first time I have sat down and written out more than one sentence I think.

Now when it comes to games, I can do that for hours, no problems, but to have to comprehend shit, just shoot me now please. you should see me try and help amanda with World history. Having to search for answers in a book full of words that all run into one long, endless, meaningless entence! Oh please oh please just shoot me now! Expansionism, Isolationsism, the whys and the examplages! who-gives-a-shitism!!! Ming Dynasty, Qing Dysnasty! European era influences, this all following inventors, and creators and social and economic impacts of the whys and whatfors of it all!!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! Now wonder she's a blithering idjamut!!!

ok time to move on to somethiung else.

Huggles and tiggerpounces!

I yam what I yam, and that's all that I yam!!

You know Novia it may be something in the air at the moment.  We have been very busy with the school year coming to an end soon and going to interviews for the youngest to start next year etc etc.  Well the man and I got dressed, sorted the kids out so we could rush off to the info night for herself's first year next year.  Running to get ready on time as usual I thought I would have another look see at the letter as to where we needed to go at the school only to see that the meeting is next week.  Forgot to take the boys for hair cuts.  And the list is a long and extensive one.  This is something that is not like me.  Trouble focusing on the here and now.  Leads me to think that I should be focusing on something related to my growth in some way.

Anyway, it is such a pain in the butt.  I feel like a dithering fool at times.  So my best to you girl cuz I sure as hell know what you mean.

However if you know me, which some do, I tend to jump straight in.  Very Happy Wishing you all a wonderful morning. Hope to see/hear from some of the familiar faces that are here and to meet some of the new ones. Chats to you all again soon. Have a great day!
