Cat climbed over my chair and laid right across my journal... while I was writing in it...

Several things have hit me today.

The very first one was waking to my cat, Velvet, lying with her head against mine. Then it was turning over to find the warm body next to me was not, in fact, my husbands but both of my sons.

My oldest son asked me if I was going to work to teach people their ABC's (I'm a trainer and he is only four).

I was complimented several times by management today which, every time, brought a smile. I work very hard and often don't notice that most of the day is gone until I look up at the clock and realize my lunch was three hours ago. It's nice to be appreciated.

My hubby, and kids. The silly stork for coming back to try to catch the fish in the tank once more. Goof bird! lol Our cat Odin when seeing the big ol white bird and turning into a big chicken an running to hiding from the big scarey bird. LOL I laughed to hard i almost peed myself!

My Dentist did... NO KIDDING!!

Hmm... *thinks*

My mother in law made me happy today. She didn't seem really bothered that I was sick last week and on the weekend but today after my doctors appointment she took me to the supermarket and bought me lots of healthy fresh fruit and veg and some vitamins.

She made me really happy, though she does that often lately.

The absolute happiness my Puppy Luna had by picking up a big stick and carrying it home on her walk...she was SO proud!

It was ADORABLE!!

finally, finally, finally finding the perfect shade of green to paint the interior of my house with.

Walking into the kitchen this morning for my coffee...

And finding half my spices and herb jars/containers on the floor!! And a very bad kitty sitting right smack in the middle looking as if catnip wouldn't melt in his mouth ROFL!!

Ehhh...I was pissed, but it was also just too funny

My husband is away right now. I received a phone call a couple of days ago saying that my husband was rushed to the hospital and no other information. Today I received a call saying that he is okay but still being kept for observation. aa) No injuries, just a possible chemical exposure.

a text message from my man this morning... "you are my soulmate, my angel, my full moon!"

At this very moment my daughter Carrie and son Stephen are making me smile, they are poping one another with rolled up newspaper, and 1 of our dogs Sugar doesn't know who to bark at and fuss, so she is fussen at both. For once them 2 kids aren't argueing, they are actuallt having fun. Wonder never cease.

I always take a early morning stroll and as I stepped out of my house this morning, I noticed the Sun was shining with a mist of rain.

What Has Made Me Smile Today?

A Co-worker, who resembles my family members, says she will add me as a member of her family. We have exchanged phone numbers and hope to do lunch soon.

As an only child, and somewhat of a sociable loner, I don't connect with people...in the workplace. But, this lady resembles my family members so strongly that I do feel that we are related somehow...and may never know.
