i am grateful for books and the knowledge they hold and for the people in my life and the knowledge they share.

I am grateful for the warm weather today. (It was almost 70 today) Of course, it won't last but, enjoy it as long as it is here.

I am grateful for the wisdom that the Gods have given me. The wisdom to count my blessings, the wisdom to appreciate the bitter winter wind against my face, the wisdom to count my children and husband as blessings and most importantly, the wisdom to recognize that I am not aware of all the blessings They have given me.

The Gods have blessed me with a life where I can feed my children, provide education, provide a warm home (here THAT counts!), a man who not only loves me but thinks I am beautiful, a chance to reconnect with my Dad, gainful employment and the opportunity to re-educate myself, a most relatively safe country where the government will not tell me who or what to whorship - yet. Better believe I WILL deal with this new Prime Minster - I didn't vote his ass in!

I am grateful for this and more. For all that I recognize these as a blessings from the Gods, I am wise enough; by Their Grace, to know, there is so much more They have given me that I am blind to.

I am grateful for my life and the many blessings I have.

Truly, I am a wealthy woman.

Today, I am grateful for the continuing sunshine, for George-the-Dog who is my constant companion and familiar, for a husband to be mad at , for my daughters who have a certain way of keeping my feet on the ground and who have a way about them that keeps me from taking life and myself so seriously..."get over yourself, mom!", and for this thread that gave me a reminder to stop whining and start counting! LOL

I am grateful for the things I did not become and am grateful for the things I became.

I am greatful for my second chance with my first love, and for my friends and family I have gained therein.
My business, which has been a dream for so long, and now is slowly but surely becoming a reality!
The strength to overcome the bad and be the person I am today despite it.
The neverending wisdom and love of the Goddess and God, and all they teach and show me.

I am greatful for my new JOB!!! It's been 1 full week!!!! My kids, my hubby , all our critters, and for life!!

I am grateful for another day sober, the ability to choose and for my Higher Power.

I'm grateful for the fact that mistakes are not permanent and that we always have the ability to return to the starting line, and start the race all over again, and that we do.

It's not whether we finish first or last that counts, it's the fact that we are running at all, that matters.

Today I am grateful because I just found out that my husband, whom is serving in Afghanistan, is coming home for the holidays. I thank the Gods for their inmense compassion and letting him come home and letting me spend Yule with him.

I'm greatful that I can see and walk, hear and speak. The little things that we take for granted every day.

I'm greatful for a wonderful and loving boyfrined. My 'rents that are still kick'n around.

I'm greatful that I have the money to go to school and learn to do other forms of Massage, as to better help people.

I could always list more.. but I think this is a great start.

I am thankful for this short workweek! Three days of work then four days off. I could get used to this!

I am thankful for friends and family. And turkey.

Holidays!

Because that means people with 'flexible schedules' take an extra day off which gives me an extra day of peace and quiet not dealing with their whining asses!!!

Oh yeah, and it also give me a day to give thanks........for not having killed anyone...... yet!!!!!

I'm thankful for all:

* The fact I finally have found out that I have sclerosis rather than other doctors telling me it's one thing after another

*Knowing that I'm treatable and I should be back to my hyper 19 year old self again by the time I'm 21... so I guess I'd be a hyper 21 year old??

*My love for my furbabies who have always had an uncanning ability to always make me smile and feel better.

*My friends and family who have stayed beside me

*For the Love of My Life to forgive me and give me another chance. I don't know where I'd be without him.

*And once again for this wonderful site to get me back on track and remember why I am a Pagan to start off with. Re-learning that the Light goes with the Dark, and that nothing is forever and forever is nothing.
