I was browsing through my music collection, and I pulled out the Vitologyalbum, and I was like hey I haven't heard this is awhile. So I put it in and I forgot how much I loved the song Betterman I've always loved eddie vedders work.

Blessed be,

"The Spirits have all but fled judgement
I rot, alone, insane,
Where the forest whispers puce laments for me
From amidst the pine and wreathed wolfsbane
Beyond these walls, wherein condemned
To the gloom of an austere tomb
I pace with feral madness sent
Through the pale beams of a guiltless moon
Who, bereft of necrologies, thus
Commands creation over the earth
Whilst I resign my lips to death
A slow cold kiss that chides rebirth
Though one last wish is bequathed by fate
My beauty shalt wilt, unseen
Save for twin black eyes that shalt come to take
My soul to peace or Hell for company"

MM Fate.

Just wondering if you like the band Tool. I think they are a great maybe the greatest band! A lot of there stuff is wonderful to meditate to. Especially the Lateralus album. And Aenima too. Well every album has certain songs that I can use to get in the "zone".

Maynard James Keenan has a voice that will make you get chills.

You seem to like music, so I was just wondering if you like Tool as much as I do.. lol

Blessings,

LJ

Oh of course.

I've been a Tool fan since my father took me to one of their concerts when undertow was released.

Although their new album definately taps into a spiritual sense, the population has deemed it a downfall in the 6 year break that tool took.

Although I love it, other disagrees, but then again, others agree.

Blessed be,

Fate

P.S- I play a bass guitar, so Justin Chancellor is one of my idols ^^

Oh, I feel that their new album 10,000 Days is awesome. Did you know that the name 10,000 Days was how long his mother lived after a stroke paralyzed her. I think these album's are a journey for Maynard. It's hard to pick a favorite because I love them all. But I really like Aenima. It's so angry and raw. Lateralus is great to meditate to. Especially number 9. I know them by their numbers more than the names. But I try to remember them too. I just don't at the moment. lol

I am so excited I get to go see them in concert on June 5!!!

Take care,

LJ

Good Luck larc, I hope you win the tickets.

If not, the tickets are worth buying. A Tool show is something you don't want to miss. They are GREAT in concert. So I've heard. I've never gotten to go before. But a friend of mine has seen them everytime they are in the area for years and years. And he says they are AWESOME.

I'm so excited to see them finally!
